Get the clarity, tools, and support you need to turn your co-buying dreams into a solid plan
So many of us have the same deep longing for a shared home and a piece of land where we and our people can grow food, build community, and become delightfully old and weird together.
As soaring home prices and interest rates make buying a home seem less and less possible, combining forces is how we can afford to build the freaky future we're dreaming of.
This six-month cohort will help you take your co-buying vision out of the realm of “someday” and turn it into an actual plan. Whether you’re still in the “what if” phase, gathering your posse, or actively working it out, this experience will provide you with the clarity, tools, and support to actually make it happen—without losing your friends, your values, or your sanity.
